It's pouring outside, but that's fine by me as I have exam in math tomorrow. I know I'm going to do well, but still it's an exam. So good luck to me! (:

Wore this to my last ring. It is an tradition that we have in Latvia - we celebrate our last ring in highschool ever before we have our exams. I can gladly say that I sew this skirt myself, one night before the occasion! As skirt is seetrough I wore  leggings underneath and my trusty army like jacket.

We're just one week far away from 1st June.Still can't believe that.
It sounds so cliche,but there's no way of me denying that the time flies extremely fast.Of course it motivates us to always move towards our dreams and goals,but it's also really frightening since there's so little time for anything.But as i get older,I understand that the more you are busy with studies or work,the more time you find for something you truly love.(hobby,people around you etc.)The lack of time just cut offs some unnecessary things.

Lace is always a good idea!I know that most of us are not used to see lace as a material for shorts,but it looks lovely.Lace dresses are also really beautiful and romantic.So lame we don't have them in the stores now.

Wine and the city

These pics were taken just before going to an event that totally impressed me: last Friday, in occasion of the "Wine and the city" manifestation, that was involving the center of the city, Luca and I attended to a party called "Hats and Wine": the event took place into the garden of a florist, completely refurbished for the occasion, illuminated hand-painted hats and colored lanterns decorated the garden; we enjoyed a delicious dinner in a magic atmosphere! The weather was gorgeous, and so do my humor.. but I think it's useless to tell you, because it's pretty obvious from these photos that I was in the mood to joke and have fun!

Questi scatti sono stati fatti appena prima di andare ad un evento che mi ha entusiasmato tantissimo: venerdì scorso, in occasione della manifestazione "Wine and the city", che ha coinvolto il centro della città, Luca ed io siamo stati ad una festa chiamata "Cappelli e vino": l'evento si è svolto nel giardino di un fioraio completamente riarredato per l'occasione, cappelli dipinti a mano illuminati e lanterne colorate decoravano il giardino; ci siamo gustati una deliziosa cena in un'atmosfera magica! Il tempo era magnifico, e così anche il mio umore.. ma credo che sia inutile dirvelo, perchè si vede perfettamente da queste foto che ero in vena di scherzare e divertirmi.

Olá meninas! Desculpem a minha ausência, mas tenho tido muito trabalho para a faculdade, o que me tem impedido de escrever tão regularmente e visitar os vossos cantinhos
Hoje mostro-vos uma tendência de que gosto bastante - blazers estampados. Eu gosto especialmente dos estampados floridos, acho-os um amor e muito fáceis de conjugar com peças pastel - vestido e calças, assim como com calções de ganga.

Today’s pretty photos were taken by lovely Pola from http://polablogzone.blogspot.com/. As usual I couldn’t make up my mind which photos to publish on the blog (that’s why there’s so many of them today), because shereally takes amazing ones! We went for a little walk, visited a sweet little France-inspired place called Monsieur Café and then went for a short shopping spree, which turned out to be more of a window shopping. As for the outfit, it’s once again the hat (I couldn’t help it, I love it to bits), my Primark find: swallow print blouse with a tie and amazing shoes from a second-hand shop (I can’t stop wearing them!).
